Check your username and password provided into getConnection function. Verify this username and password from other tool (like sqlplus). If username and password are ok, verify if alias is correct (if using JDBC OCI) or that host:port/serviceName is correct (or host:port:sid). For passwords, be sure to use upper case / lower case letters as needed.

There are two ways to change your account setup to work: Generate a Personal Access Token in Github and then paste that in place of your Github password in Sourcetree - as mentioned by @Jet. Switch from Basic authentication to OAuth in the Auth type dropdown in Sourcetree for your Github account.
